NFL & College Football Futures Tracker

This tracker shows the full futures field for the two markets that define a football season: the NFL’s Super Bowl LXI winner and college football’s national champion. Every team’s number is the market’s own implied chance, computed from the consensus price across the regulated sportsbooks pricing the field via The Odds API, with the vig stripped out so the whole board sums to 100 percent. The movement chips show how each team’s chance has shifted since our first archived snapshot of the market.

Every percentage is the market's implied probability with the vig removed: the consensus across the sportsbooks pricing this market via The Odds API, normalized so the full field sums to 100%. Movement compares today's consensus to the first snapshot we archived (stamped per board), which is when our tracking began, not necessarily the market's true open. Every percentage is the market's implied probability with the vig removed: the consensus across the sportsbooks pricing this market via The Odds API, normalized so the full field sums to 100%. How to Read This Board

Each row is one team: the gold bar and percentage are the market-implied chance after devigging, and the price beside them is the consensus American odds. A raw futures board always adds up to well over 100 percent because every price carries the book’s margin; normalizing the field back to 100 removes that distortion so teams can be compared honestly.

Methodology

We snapshot these outright markets around the clock and archive the full field several times a day, which is what makes the movement column possible: each team’s current devigged chance is compared to its chance in our earliest stored snapshot. Every number is the market’s, attributed to the sportsbook consensus via The Odds API; nothing here is our prediction or a recommendation. For how these markets work (the heavy hold, win totals, hedging math), read our NFL futures and win totals guide; for our written take on the teams at the top of the NFL board, see the Super Bowl 2027 odds breakdown; and to see where sportsbooks and prediction markets disagree on the same outcomes, the Divergence Board runs on the same data.

Bet responsibly. A futures ticket locks your money up for months, and a market-implied chance is a price, not a promise. If gambling stops being fun, call or text the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-MY-RESET, or visit ncpgambling.org. You must be 21+ and physically located in a state where the sportsbook is licensed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers about how the futures tracker works.

Why don’t these percentages match the odds at my sportsbook?

Two reasons: the board shows a consensus across several books rather than any single book’s price, and the percentages have the vig removed so the full field sums to 100 percent. Your book’s raw price always implies a slightly higher chance than the fair number because its margin is baked in.

What does the movement arrow on a team mean?

It compares the team’s current market-implied chance to its chance in the first snapshot we archived, with that start date stamped on each board. A green arrow means the market has moved toward the team since then, a red arrow away from it. It describes the market moving, not a prediction of anything.

How often does this futures board update?

Our tracking cron refreshes the consensus several times an hour around the clock, and the board shows the time since the last update in its header. Full-field snapshots are archived multiple times a day, which is the history the movement column is computed against.
